Straight answers to what buyers ask us most.

What is your MOQ?

Neutral stock starts at 100–300 units, and private label at 500–2,000 units per model. We confirm the exact quantity by model.

Can we test samples first?

Yes. You can test samples in your own market before packaging, documents and the production order are confirmed.

How long does a first order take?

About 90 days for a first private-label program on an existing platform, and 30–45 days for repeat orders. Neutral stock is ready in 7–14 days; freight time is extra.

Which certifications can you provide?

CE, UKCA, FCC, SAA, KC, CB and RoHS, issued per model, plus UN38.3 reports and MSDS for battery shipping. Tell us your market and we’ll send each model’s document list.

What warranty and spare parts do you offer?

A 1-year warranty on the whole unit. Filters, brushes, tracks, chargers and batteries can be ordered separately, so you can stock parts for your customers.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Our robotic pool cleaners are built in our own plant in Changzhou’s Wujin High-Tech Zone, certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and audited under amfori BSCI.
